Brainspotting is a body-centered therapeutic method designed to access and release trauma stored in the brain and nervous system—without needing to verbally process every detail. It can also release creative blocks and enhance performance. Using eye-positioning, we help identify “brainspots,” which are visual focal points linked to emotional or physical tension. Once located, clients can engage in deep, non-verbal processing to release stored trauma, regulate nervous system activity, and foster emotional relief and resilience.

Sound Bath
Sound bath sessions provide an immersive experience with the healing vibrations of ancient and modern sounds. These vibrations help shift brain waves into a relaxed state, reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and may even support immune function. Many participants report deep relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, and feelings of groundedness and presence. Sound can be used to start and end a session, as well as for longer durations when in need of greater nervous system support.

Integrative Talk Therapy
An integrative approach combines evidence-based methods— including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and somatic techniques—with mindfulness and relationship-focused modalities. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs: whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, or relational challenges. Through a client-centered approach we will support emotional insight, behavioral change, and deepen self-awareness.

How do I start?
First, complete the contact form, then we will have a free 15 min phone consultation and determine if we are a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule a session and begin collaborating on the most effective path for your specific needs. I see clients weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and as needed.
How much does therapy cost?
This depends if you are in-network, out-of-network, or private pay. I have limited in-network openings and your insurance may require a co-pay. If you are out-of-network, you pay for services up front and I provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. My private-pay fees are $150-$175.
How long until I feel better?
I wish I had the answer for you! Everyone’s experience is unique. Sometimes people feel relief after the first few sessions. However, as we move around and release stuck emotions and long held beliefs, people can feel discomfort, which may be interpreted as a worsening of symptoms. Therapy can be some of the hardest work you’ve ever done and the most rewarding!
